About Us

Dr. Joseph Spoto, DDS. started Spoto Family Dental in 1959, after graduating from St. Louis University, and serving, as a dentist, in the United States Army stationed in Texas. Since then, he and his family, have been serving our patients in the Gates, NY and the greater Rochester areas, for more than sixty years! We are proud to have had such continued success in our community and that our dental practice is entering its third generation,

not only with staff, but patients as well. We have made it our mission to deliver continued clinical excellence in dentistry, and to provide continued high quality care!

We offer State of the Art Digital Dentistry, that allows us to prepare, and fabricate crowns, in a few hours time, right in our office. This allows patients to leave their appointment with a permanent crown and eliminates the need for a second appointment or a temporary crown!

We take pride being members of our local and state dental associations. We are standing members of the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Association, and our local Monroe County Dental Association!
